Sevasadan Halagur, a mission station of the St. Thomas Missionary Society founded in 1984, engages in various community initiatives. It operates a stabiliser assembling unit that employs 15 unemployed girls, helping support their families. A dispensary within the mission provides essential medical care, particularly for snake bites, treating hundreds of people. Additionally, Divya Jyothi School, established in 2009-10 at Gollarahalli, Halagur, serves students from 48 neighboring villages, addressing the educational needs of the region.

In 2009-10, we started Divya Jyothi School at Gollarahalli, Halagur, to cater to the educational needs of the people in the area. We receive students from 48 neighbouring villages.
